Bill Proctor
Bill Proctor worked for nearly 40 years in broadcast journalism before retiring. A majority of his career was spent at WXYZ Channel 7 in Detroit. He also served as a police officer in the Federal Protective Service while attending the University of Maryland. This unique background makes him a advocate and investigator.
